#Submission
How do I submit my SaaS?
Visit the submit page and paste your landing page URL. Our AI will analyze your page and extract product information automatically. Review the details, choose free or featured, and submit.
What information does the AI extract?
Our AI extracts your product name, tagline, description, key features (up to 8), pricing model, and suggests the best category based on your content.
How long does approval take?
Most submissions are reviewed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your listing is approved.
What gets rejected?
We reject spam, adult content, illegal services, products with no clear value proposition, and duplicate submissions. Quality SaaS products are almost always approved.
Can I edit my listing after submission?
Yes! Once your listing is approved, claim it via DNS verification to access the dashboard. From there you can edit all details anytime.
#Ranking & Levels
How is my level calculated?
Your level is based on two metrics: Domain Rating (0-100) and Backlinks count. Whichever metric qualifies you for a higher level determines your rank.
How often are metrics updated?
We update metrics regularly via automated checks. Your level adjusts automatically when your Domain Rating or backlinks cross a threshold.
Why did my level drop?
Levels can decrease if you lose significant backlinks or your Domain Rating drops. Focus on maintaining and growing quality links.
What do I get at higher levels?
Higher levels unlock visual upgrades: larger hex tiles, glow effects, particle animations, and more impressive ship models on the map.
#Featured Listings
What does Featured include?
Featured listings ($49 one-time) get Central Hub placement, premium hex styling, glow and particle effects, 1.5x larger hex tile, priority ranking, and homepage rotation.
Is the Featured payment really one-time?
Yes! Pay once and your listing stays featured permanently. No subscriptions, no renewals, no hidden fees.
Can I upgrade from Free to Featured?
Absolutely. You can upgrade any existing approved listing to Featured at any time through your dashboard.
Do Featured listings still need approval?
Yes, all listings go through our review process. If rejected, you'll receive a full refund.
#Claiming & Ownership
How do I claim my listing?
After your listing is approved, log in and visit the claim page. Add a DNS TXT record with the verification token to your domain, then verify ownership.
What's the DNS verification record?
You'll add a TXT record like: saas-directory-verify=your-unique-token. Instructions are provided on the claim page.
Can I transfer ownership?
Currently, ownership is tied to the domain. If you need to transfer, contact support and we'll help facilitate the process.
What if someone else submitted my product?
If you can verify domain ownership via DNS, you can claim and take control of the listing. The original submitter will lose access.
#Technical
Does listing help my SEO?
Yes! Every listing gets a dedicated page with a dofollow backlink to your website. This can help improve your domain authority.
Where do the metrics come from?
Domain Rating uses Moz's Domain Authority. Backlinks are counted as external links pointing to your root domain.
Is there an API?
Not currently, but we're considering it for the future. Join our waitlist if you're interested in API access.
How do categories work?
Our AI suggests a category based on your landing page content. You can override this during submission. Each category has its own biome on the map.
