SaaSWorld is a directory platform that allows users to discover and list SaaS products. We provide:

• A 3D interactive map for SaaS discovery
• Free and featured listing options
• SEO pages with dofollow backlinks
• Ranking based on domain authority and backlinks
• Dashboard for listing management

You may create an account using OAuth providers (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When submitting a listing, you agree that:

• You have the right to submit the SaaS product
• The information provided is accurate and not misleading
• The product is a legitimate SaaS offering
• The listing does not contain illegal, adult, or harmful content
• You will not submit duplicate listings

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify listings that violate these guidelines.

Featured listings require a one-time payment of $49. By purchasing:

• Your listing is placed in the Central Hub upon approval
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• If your listing is rejected, you will receive a full refund
• Featured status is permanent (no recurring fees)

We do not offer refunds for approved listings unless required by law.

Our Content: The SaaSWorld platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a license to display your listing on our platform.

Trademarks: Product names and logos belong to their respective owners.

SaaSWorld is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the service
• Accuracy of third-party metrics (domain rating, backlinks)
• Any specific SEO results from listing
• That the service will meet your specific needs

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for featured listing services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may not:

• Use automated systems to scrape or access the platform
• Attempt to manipulate rankings or metrics
• Impersonate others or submit fraudulent listings
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
